Q: Where do I locate my model number?
A: Model numbers are printed on or near the user interface of your product. The product number consists of three or four letters followed by three or four numbers. For example HHD3500.

Q: How can I purchase replacement parts for my Hyundai Power Equipment?

A: To purchase replacement parts please contact the Hyundai Power Equipment customer support team at 1.877.528.3772.

Q: Can I use synthetic oil in my Hyundai Power Equipment?

A: We recommend using synthetic 15w40 oil during the first 100 hours of operation. After the first 100 hours use regular 15w40 motor oil - this will treat the engine and maintain quality in its components.

Service

Q: How do I find a service dealer?
A:  If you feel your generator is malfunctioning due to a defect or misuse, simply contact our customer support centre for technical advice, a warranty claim, or general information. Hyundai Power Equipment will help troubleshoot the problem and identify whether or not it can be repaired by the owner. If the problem is too complex to be repaired by the owner a local service centre will be provided.

Q: When will I receive warranty information regarding my Hyundai Power Equipment purchase?
A: Product registration is required before your warranty is valid. Click here to register your product. Once your information has been received you will receive a confirmation email containing your product registration number and warranty validation.
